I came in with a ring with three broken prongs and a missing stone. My fiancé and I brought her engagement ring in to be appraised, resized and polished after a guard was put on at another jeweler who had scratched it a bit. It was done within a week and we couldn’t be happier. The whole process was seamless, Alan made us feel like we were family, we will definitely be going back.
