If i could give 0 stars i would. Bought a ring from here they didn’t have the size so they ordered it. Picked up and paid. Fast forward i needed to return the ring. I called they agreed i could come in to return. Before i could get there my uncle passed away ( this was within 1.5 week of me calling ). They tell me today i can no longer return. First they tell me it was not under my card ( it was ) then they tell me it was special ordered and they already have that size in store ( weird because you didn’t when i came in for it ) then they tell me well it’s past the 15 days. So which one is it?
** they did offer me store credit, so I’ll give them that but after that i will never shop there again.
A little compassion goes a long way, i understand it’s a company they need to make money. But it was well within the 30 days to return ( which the woman told me from the first time i called ).
Crazy because i recommended 2 people there to they call them back to tell them NOT to go there. What a disappointment.

You mentioned you were on your way in, but you did not arrive, and we received no further communication or updates for over two weeks.Because this ring was a specific size specially ordered from our vendor, returning it after a two-week delay subjects our business to strict vendor restocking fees. When you returned unannounced two weeks later, we explained that while a full refund was no longer possible due to the elapsed time, we still wanted to help. To accommodate you, we offered to absorb those vendor costs and issue you full store credit instead. You declined this offer and chose to leave the store with the ring.We are truly sorry to hear about the loss of your uncle. However, given the lack of communication over those two weeks and the vendor constraints on special orders, we feel that offering full store credit was a highly fair and flexible solution. Should you change your mind, our offer to accept the ring back for full store credit stands.
